The Gwynn Park Yellowjackets lacrosse squad (Brandywine, MD), was overwhelmed 13-4 in Thursday's non-league challenge with the visiting McDonough Rams (Pomfret, MD)
Coming up next, the Rams meet the Westlake Wolverines (Waldorf, MD) in a Southern Maryland challenge, on Friday, April 14. McDonough will attempt to improve on its 1-0 season record.
The Yellowjackets now sport a 4-2 record. They play next when they travel to Bowie for a Prince George's challenge on Saturday, April 15. Gwynn Park will meet a Bulldogs squad coming off a 12-1 league win over Suitland (Forestville, MD). The Bulldogs record now stands at 4-0.
