Tottenville Pirates (Staten Island, NY) boosters exited the stadium content Thursday as they witnessed their lacrosse squad top the host Northern Durham Knights (Durham, NC), 14-3 in a non-league battle.
The Pirates now own a 7-0 record. They take the field next when they travel to Cary Christian for a non-league battle on Saturday, April 15.
In their next game, the Knights clash with the Chapel Hill Tigers (Chapel Hill, NC) in a DAC-VII/Northern Lakes Athletic battle, on Tuesday, April 18. Northern Durham will attempt to advance on its 3-9 season record. The Tigers come into the battle with a 9-5 record after their 16-3 league win over Riverside-Durham (Durham, NC).
