The LeRoy Panthers softball team scored 14 runs and limited the host Blue Ridge Knights to 1 in the Panthers non-league triumph on Thursday.

With the triumph, LeRoy moves its record to 15-2 on the year. The Panthers host Fisher (Fisher, IL) to play the Bunnies in a Heart of Illinois game on Friday, April 14. The Bunnies come into the game with a record of 11-3. Fisher lost 9-7 in their recent league game against Tri-Valley (Downs, IL)

In their next game, the Knights play the Villa Grove Blue Devils (Villa Grove, IL) in a Lincoln Prairie game, on Friday, April 14. Blue Ridge will attempt to move on its 4-7 season record. The Blue Devils come into the game with a 9-6 record after their 1-0 non-league loss to Westville (Westville, IL).
