The Byron Bears routed the host Goodhue Wildcats softball squad by a final score of 16-0 in Thursday's league battle.

The Bears (2-1) will now prepare for their battle against Onalaska (Onalaska, WI). The Hilltoppers go into the non-league battle with a 1-3 record. In their last battle, Onalaska topped Sparta (Sparta, WI), 15-2, in a league battle.

The Wildcats now possess a 0-2 record. They play next when they host Wabasha-Kellogg for a non-league battle on Saturday, April 15. Goodhue will meet a Falcons squad coming off a 11-1 non-league win over Rushford-Peterson (Rushford, MN). The Falcons record now stands at 1-2.
