Kentucky High School Softball - Carlisle County knocked off by McCracken County

April 13, 2023: Paducah, KY 42001

In Thursday's non-league contest, the McCracken County Mustangs (Paducah, KY) softball team overwhelmed the visiting Carlisle County Comets (Bardwell, KY), by a margin of 14-1.

With the triumph, McCracken County moves its record to 13-2 on the year. The Mustangs travel to Franklin-Simpson (Franklin, KY) to play the Wildcats in a non-league contest on Friday, April 14. The Wildcats come into the contest with a record of 5-8.

In their next game, the Comets play the Fulton City Bulldogs (Fulton, KY) in a District 1 contest, on Monday, April 17. Carlisle County will attempt to move on its 4-8 season record.
