California High School Softball - Valley View bounces Chaparral

The Valley View Eagles routed the host Chaparral Pumas softball squad by a final score of 18-2 in Thursday's non-league battle.

The Eagles (15-4) will now prepare for their battle against Hemet (Hemet, CA). The Bulldogs go into the battle with a 14-4 record. In their last battle, Hemet topped Temescal Canyon (Lake Elsinore, CA), 4-3, in a league battle.

The Pumas now possess a 3-10 record. They play next when they travel to Murrieta Mesa for a Southwestern battle on Friday, April 14. Chaparral will meet a Rams squad coming off a 21-3 league win over Chaparral (Temecula, CA). The Rams record now stands at 15-3.
