The Chardon Hilltoppers softball team scored 16 runs and limited the visiting Walsh Jesuit Warriors to 11 in the Hilltoppers non-league triumph on Thursday.

With the triumph, Chardon moves its record to 10-2 on the year. The Hilltoppers host Poland Seminary (Poland, OH) to play the Bulldogs in a non-league game on Saturday, April 15. The Bulldogs come into the game with a record of 8-2. Poland Seminary won 3-0 in their recent non-league game against Chalker (Southington, OH)

In their next game, the Warriors play the Firelands Falcons (Oberlin, OH) in a non-league game, on Saturday, April 15. Walsh Jesuit will attempt to move on its 4-2 season record. The Falcons come into the game with a 1-1 record after their 15-8 non-league win over Edison (Milan, OH).
