With the triumph, Cheney improves its record to 4-0 on the year. The Cardinals host Douglass (Douglass, KS) to clash with the Bulldogs in a non-league game on Monday, April 17. The Bulldogs come into the game with a record of 4-1. Douglass won 14-4 in their recent league game against Belle Plaine (Belle Plaine, KS)

In their next game, the Indians clash with the Chaparral Roadrunners (Anthony, KS) in a non-league game, on Monday, April 17. Medicine Lodge will attempt to improve on its 1-4 season record. The Roadrunners come into the game with a 1-4 record after their 9-0 non-league loss to Trinity Academy (Wichita, KS).
