The Lakeside Eagles softball team scored 10 runs and limited the host East Valley Knights to 4 in the Eagles non-league triumph on Thursday.

With the triumph, Lakeside moves its record to 1-5 on the year. The Eagles travel to Medical Lake (Medical Lake, WA) to play the Cardinals in a 1A Northeast game on Friday, April 14. The Cardinals come into the game with a record of 1-2. Medical Lake lost 14-4 in their recent league game against Freeman (Rockford, WA)

In their next game, the Knights play the West Valley Eagles (Spokane, WA) in a 2A/3A/4A Greater Spokane game, on Saturday, April 15. East Valley will attempt to move on its 2-4 season record. The Eagles come into the game with a 3-5 record after their 7-6 league loss to Clarkston (Clarkston, WA).
