Massachusetts High School Softball - Frontier Regional bounces Smith Academy

The Frontier Regional Red Hawks routed the visiting Smith Academy Falcons softball squad by a final score of 23-1 in Thursday's non-league battle.

The Red Hawks (3-2) will now prepare for their battle against Athol (Athol, MA). The Bears go into the non-league battle with a 0-2 record. In their last battle, Athol was routed by Greenfield (Greenfield, MA), 15-0, in a non-league battle.

The Falcons now possess a 0-1 record. They play next when they host Franklin County Tech for a PVIAC - Franklin East battle on Thursday, April 20. Smith Academy will meet a Eagles squad coming off a 24-3 league win over Mahar Regional (Orange, MA). The Eagles record now stands at 3-1.
