Morgan Raiders (McConnelsville, OH) backers exited the stadium thrilled Thursday as they saw their softball squad run past the visiting Maysville Panthers (Zanesville, OH), 10-0 in a league challenge.

The Raiders now own a 7-2 record. They take the field next when they host Meadowbrook for a Muskingum Valley challenge on Monday, April 17. Morgan will battle a Colts squad coming off a 8-7 league loss to Tri-Valley (Dresden, OH). The Colts record now stands at 4-3.

With the loss, Maysville falls to 1-5 on the campaign. The Panthers host Liberty Union (Baltimore, OH) to battle the Lions in a non-league challenge on Saturday, April 15. The Lions enter the challenge with a record of 7-2. Liberty Union won 10-0 in their recent league challenge against Hamilton Township (Columbus, OH)
