The St. Pius X Lancers crushed the host Fredericktown Black Cats baseball team by a tally of 12-6 in Saturday's non-league bout.
The Lancers now hold a 5-7 record. They take the field next when they travel to DeSoto for a non-league bout on Wednesday, April 17.
Next, the Black Cats face the Potosi Trojans (Potosi, MO) in a non-league bout, on Tuesday, April 16. Fredericktown will attempt to advance on its 10-2 season record. The Trojans enter the bout with a 4-8 record after their 24-1 non-league loss to Hillsboro (Hillsboro, MO).
