The Steinert Spartans baseball team (Hamilton, NJ), was overwhelmed 14-7 in Saturday's non-league outing with the visiting Hunterdon Central Red Devils (Flemington, NJ)

The Red Devils now hold a 5-1 record. They put it on the line next when they host Bridgewater-Raritan for a Skyland - Delaware outing on Tuesday, April 16. Hunterdon Central will confront a Panthers team coming off a 7-1 league win over North Hunterdon (Annandale, NJ). The Panthers record now stands at 6-0.

Next, the Spartans confront the Princeton Day Panthers (Princeton, NJ) in a CVC - Colonial outing, on Monday, April 15. Steinert will attempt to advance on its 3-3 season record. The Panthers go into the outing with a 0-3 record after their 7-4 non-league loss to Somerville (Somerville, NJ).
