In Saturday's non-league game, the visiting St. Charles North North Stars baseball team scored a tight 7-3 victory over the Libertyville Wildcats.
The North Stars (8-3) will now prepare for their game against Batavia (Batavia, IL). The Bulldogs go into the DuKane game with a 3-11 record. In their last game, Batavia was overwhelmed by Lincoln-Way Central (New Lenox, IL), 12-2, in a non-league game.
The Wildcats (10-3) will now prepare for their game against Waukegan (Waukegan, IL). The Bulldogs go into the North Suburban game with a 0-5 record. In their last game, Waukegan was overwhelmed by Mundelein (Mundelein, IL), 11-0, in a league game.
