The Wilmington Friends Quakers baseball team scored 9 runs and limited the host St. Elizabeth Vikings to 2 in the Quakers non-league victory on Saturday.
The Quakers (2-1) will now prepare for their match against Sanford (Hockessin, DE). The Warriors go into the Independent Schools match with a 6-1 record.
The Vikings (1-4) will now prepare for their match against Delaware Military Academy (Wilmington, DE). The Seahawks go into the Diamond State match with a 3-1 record. In their last match, Delaware Military Academy was overwhelmed by William Penn (New Castle, DE), 1-0, in a non-league match.
