Illinois High School Volleyball - Plainfield South can't hold off Geneva

In Saturday's non-league battle, the host Geneva Vikings volleyball team scored a tight 2-1 triumph over the Plainfield South Cougars.
The Vikings (1-0) will now prepare for their battle against West Aurora (Aurora, IL). The Blackhawks come into the non-league battle with a 4-0 record. In their last battle, West Aurora nudged Yorkville (Yorkville, IL), 2-0, in a league battle.
Next, the Cougars encounter the Lincoln-Way East Griffins (Frankfort, IL) in a non-league battle, on Saturday, April 13. Plainfield South will attempt to move on its 8-3 season record.
