With the win, Plainfield South upgrades its record to 8-3 on the year. The Cougars travel to Lockport (Lockport, IL) to play the Porters in a non-league bout on Tuesday, April 16. The Porters go into the bout with a record of 1-0. Lockport won 2-0 in their recent non-league bout against Riverside-Brookfield (Riverside, IL)

The Warriors now own a 0-1 record. They play next when they travel to Palatine for a non-league bout on Tuesday, May 21.
