In Saturday's non-league battle, the host Hillsdale FIGHTING KNIGHTS volleyball team scored a 2-0 triumph over the American Eagles.
The FIGHTING KNIGHTS (6-13) will now prepare for their battle against Fremont (Sunnyvale, CA). The Firebirds come into the non-league battle with a 11-10 record. In their last battle, Fremont lost by Palo Alto (Palo Alto, CA), 3-2, in a league battle.
Next, the Eagles clash with the Kennedy Titans (Fremont, CA) in a Mission Valley battle, on Tuesday, April 16. American will attempt to advance on its 12-10 season record. The Titans come into the battle with a 1-12 record after their 3-0 league loss to James Logan (Union City, CA).
