The Chardon Hilltoppers lacrosse team scored 17 points and held the visiting Cardinal Mooney Cardinals to 8 in the Hilltoppers league win on Saturday.
The Hilltoppers (3-3) will now prepare for their game against Kenston (Chagrin Falls, OH). The Bombers go into the Region 6 game with a 5-3 record. In their last game, Kenston prevailed over Archbishop Hoban (Akron, OH), 16-3, in a league game.
The Cardinals (5-1) will now prepare for their game against West Geauga (Chesterland, OH). The Wolverines go into the non-league game with a 1-2 record. In their last game, West Geauga prevailed over Kirtland (Kirtland, OH), 16-0, in a non-league game.
