In Saturday's non-league game, the Grant Community Bulldogs (Fox Lake, IL) soccer squad tipped the visiting Joliet Catholic Hilltoppers (Joliet, IL), by a count of 2-1.
The Bulldogs (3-5) will now prepare for their game against Zion-Benton (Zion, IL). The Zee-Bees go into the non-league game with a 1-5 record. In their last game, Zion-Benton nipped Woodlands Academy (Lake Forest, IL), 3-0, in a non-league game.
The Hilltoppers (0-10) will now prepare for their game against Bloom (Chicago Heights, IL). The Blazing Trojan go into the non-league game with a 2-4 record. In their last game, Bloom was nudged by Lake Park (Roselle, IL), 3-1, in a non-league game.
