Lockport Porters (Lockport, IL) supporters were pleased Saturday as they observed their soccer team prevail over the host Naperville Central Redhawks (Naperville, IL), 4-0 in a non-league challenge.
Next, the Porters confront the Lincoln-Way West Warriors (New Lenox, IL) in a non-league challenge, on Tuesday, April 16. Lockport will attempt to move on its 12-0 season record. The Warriors enter the challenge with a 6-6 record after their 2-0 non-league loss to Bartlett (Bartlett, IL).
The Redhawks now possess a 5-3 record. They take the field next when they host Benet Academy for a non-league challenge on Thursday, April 18. Naperville Central will confront a Redwings team coming off a 3-0 non-league win over Montini Catholic (Lombard, IL). The Redwings record now stands at 6-2.
