The Mullen Mustangs soccer team scored 3 points and limited the host Roaring Fork Rams to 0 in the Mustangs non-league victory on Saturday.
Next, the Mustangs face the Cherokee Trail Cougars (Aurora, CO) in a 5A/4A Centennial contest, on Tuesday, April 16. Mullen will attempt to better on its 5-5 season record. The Cougars enter the contest with a 3-5 record after their 2-0 league loss to Arapahoe (Centennial, CO).
The Rams now have a 5-2 record. They take the field next when they travel to Grand Junction for a non-league contest on Monday, April 15. Roaring Fork will face a Tigers team coming off a 4-1 league loss to Fruita Monument (Fruita, CO). The Tigers record now stands at 2-4.
