Our Lady of the Lake Catholic Lakers (St. Joseph, MI) fans were thrilled Saturday as they observed their soccer team knock off the visiting Niles Vikings (Niles, MI), 3-1 in a non-league challenge.

Next, the Lakers face the Edwardsburg Eddies (Edwardsburg, MI) in a non-league challenge, on Tuesday, April 16. Our Lady of the Lake Catholic will attempt to better on its 4-1 season record. The Eddies enter the challenge with a 0-2 record after their 5-0 non-league loss to St. Joseph (St. Joseph, MI).

The Vikings now have a 3-1 record. They take the field next when they travel to Dowagiac for a non-league challenge on Saturday, April 13. Niles will face a Chieftains team coming off a 3-2 non-league loss to Buchanan (Buchanan, MI). The Chieftains record now stands at 0-1.
