Fremd Vikings (Palatine, IL) followers exited the stadium in high spirits Saturday as they witnessed their lacrosse squad achieve victory over the visiting Maine South Hawks (Park Ridge, IL), 7-3 in a non-league battle.

The Vikings now have a 3-4 record. They take the field next when they host Palatine for a battle on Monday, April 15. Fremd will clash with a Pirates squad coming off a 3-2 league win over Conant (Hoffman Estates, IL). The Pirates record now stands at 1-6.

In their next game, the Hawks clash with the Niles Notre Dame Dons (Niles, IL) in a non-league battle, on Saturday, April 27. Maine South will attempt to move on its 0-2 season record.
