The Canisius Crusaders lacrosse squad (Buffalo, NY), was nipped 8-7 in Saturday's non-league challenge with the visiting Aquinas Institute Little Irish (Rochester, NY)
The Little Irish now have a 4-1 record. They take the field next when they host Monroe for a non-league test on Tuesday, April 16. Aquinas Institute will face a Red Jackets squad coming off a 10-4 non-league win over Brockport (Brockport, NY). The Red Jackets record now stands at 2-0.
In their next game, the Crusaders face the St. Joseph's Collegiate Institute Marauders (Buffalo, NY) in a Monsignor Martin test, on Tuesday, April 16. Canisius will attempt to move on its 3-3 season record. The Marauders come into the test with a 2-3 record after their 13-6 non-league loss to McQuaid Jesuit (Rochester, NY).
