Stamford Black Knights (Stamford, CT) followers exited the stadium in high spirits Saturday as they witnessed their lacrosse squad achieve victory over the host Brookfield Bobcats (Brookfield, CT), 9-5 in a non-league test.

The Black Knights now have a 3-1 record. They take the field next when they travel to St. Joseph for a Fairfield County test on Tuesday, April 16. Stamford will face a Cadets squad coming off a 7-6 non-league win over Southington (Southington, CT). The Cadets record now stands at 2-3.

In their next game, the Bobcats face the Newtown Nighthawks (Newtown, CT) in a South West test, on Tuesday, April 16. Brookfield will attempt to move on its 3-3 season record. The Nighthawks come into the test with a 2-1 record after their 7-6 league win over Bethel (Bethel, CT).
