The East Side Red Raiders lacrosse team scored 12 points and limited the host Edison Eagles to 10 in the Red Raiders non-league triumph on Saturday.
The Red Raiders (1-3) will now prepare for their game against DePaul Catholic (Wayne, NJ). The Spartans enter the Kirst game with a 4-3 record. In their last game, DePaul Catholic was nudged by Indian Hills (Oakland, NJ), 9-8, in a non-league game.
The Eagles (0-6) will now prepare for their game against North Brunswick (North Brunswick, NJ). The North Brunswick Raiders enter the Greater Middlesex game with a 2-3 record. In their last game, North Brunswick was nudged by Saddle Brook (Saddle Brook, NJ), 8-4, in a non-league game.
