The Stoney Creek Cougars lacrosse team scored 17 points and held the host Grosse Pointe South Blue Devils to 3 in the Cougars non-league win on Saturday.
The Cougars (5-0) will now prepare for their match against Rochester (Rochester Hills, MI). The Falcons go into the Division 1 District 4 match with a 2-4 record. In their last match, Rochester was overwhelmed by Port Huron (Port Huron, MI), 7-2, in a non-league match.
