McCallie Blue Tornado (Chattanooga, TN) fans were thrilled Saturday as they observed their soccer team knock off the visiting Knoxville Catholic Fighting Irish (Knoxville, TN), 3-0 in a league challenge.
Next, the Blue Tornado confront the East Hamilton Hurricanes (Ooltewah, TN) in a non-league challenge, on Saturday, April 20. McCallie will attempt to better on its 8-0 season record.
The Fighting Irish now have a 9-2 record. They take the field next when they travel to Webb for a D II-AA East challenge on Wednesday, April 17. Knoxville Catholic will confront a Spartans team coming off a 4-0 non-league win over Fulton (Knoxville, TN). The Spartans record now stands at 3-3.
