In Saturday's non-league contest, the Summit Hilltoppers (Summit, NJ) softball team overwhelmed the host Chatham Cougars (Chatham, NJ), by a margin of 10-4.

With the triumph, Summit moves its record to 3-2 on the year. The Hilltoppers host New Providence (New Providence, NJ) to play the Pioneers in a UCC - Valley contest on Monday, April 15. The Pioneers come into the contest with a record of 3-0.

In their next game, the Cougars play the Mount Olive Marauders (Flanders, NJ) in a NJAC - National contest, on Tuesday, April 16. Chatham will attempt to move on its 2-4 season record.
