The Mundelein Mustangs softball team scored 15 runs and limited the host Glenbrook North Spartans to 5 in the Mustangs non-league triumph on Saturday.

With the triumph, Mundelein improves its record to 10-0 on the campaign. The Mustangs host Libertyville (Libertyville, IL) to encounter the Wildcats in a North Suburban outing on Monday, April 15. The Wildcats enter the outing with a record of 7-8. Libertyville lost 15-4 in their recent league outing against Stevenson (Lincolnshire, IL)

The Spartans (4-8) will now prepare for their outing against Niles North (Skokie, IL). The Vikings enter the non-league outing with a 6-4 record. In their last outing, Niles North prevailed over Lake Forest (Lake Forest, IL), 15-4, in a non-league outing.
