Oakridge Eagles (Muskegon, MI) fans exited the stadium thrilled Saturday as they saw their softball squad achieve victory over the visiting Zeeland East Chix (Zeeland, MI), 12-0 in a non-league challenge.

The Eagles now sport a 5-1 record. They take the field next when they travel to Whitehall for a Western Michigan challenge on Tuesday, April 16.

With the loss, Zeeland East falls to 3-3 on the campaign. The Chix host Wyoming (Wyoming, MI) to face the Wolves in a non-league challenge on Tuesday, April 16. The Wolves enter the challenge with a record of 2-4.
