The Maynard Tigers softball squad (Maynard, AR), was routed 10-2 in Monday's league contest with the host Marked Tree Indians (Marked Tree, AR)

With the triumph, Marked Tree improves its record to 7-3 on the year. The Indians travel to Piggott (Piggott, AR) to face the Mohawks in a non-league contest on Tuesday, April 14. The Mohawks enter the contest with a record of 2-6. Piggott lost 16-1 in their recent league contest against East Poinsett County (Lepanto, AR)

The Tigers now hold a 6-4 record. They play next when they host Rector for a non-league contest on Monday, April 20. Maynard will face a Cougars squad coming off a 10-2 league loss to Buffalo Island Central (Monette, AR). The Cougars record now stands at 8-8.
