The Blythewood Bengals baseball team scored 12 runs and limited the visiting T.C. Roberson Rams to 0 in the Bengals non-league victory on Thursday.
The Bengals (19-1) will now prepare for their match against Ridge View (Columbia, SC). The Blazers go into the AAAAA Region 4 match with a 1-12 record. In their last match, Ridge View was overwhelmed by Wilson (Florence, SC), 4-2, in a non-league match.
The Rams (11-4) will now prepare for their match against Dutch Fork (Irmo, SC). The Silver Foxes go into the non-league match with a 5-2 record. In their last match, Dutch Fork ran past Hillcrest (Simpsonville, SC), 3-1, in a non-league match.
