The South Bend Clay Colonials baseball team scored 19 runs and limited the visiting Calumet New Tech Warriors to 5 in the Colonials non-league victory on Thursday.
The Colonials (1-0) will now prepare for their match against Bremen (Bremen, IN). The Lions go into the Northern Indiana match with a 2-0 record. In their last match, Bremen ran past Tippecanoe Valley (Akron, IN), 9-2, in a non-league match.
