The Bellevue West Thunderbirds baseball team scored 11 runs and limited the host Omaha Central Eagles to 1 in the Thunderbirds league victory on Thursday.
The Thunderbirds (6-4) will now prepare for their match against Papillion-LaVista South (Papillion, NE). The Titans go into the match with a 9-0 record. In their last match, Papillion-LaVista South ran past Millard West (Omaha, NE), 10-0, in a league match.
The Eagles (2-3) will now prepare for their match against Skutt Catholic (Omaha, NE). The SkyHawks go into the non-league match with a 4-6 record.
