In Thursday's league battle, the visiting Pius X Thunderbolts soccer squad scored a good 8-0 triumph over the Grand Island Islanders.
The Thunderbolts (7-1) will now prepare for their battle against Burke (Omaha, NE). The Bulldogs come into the non-league battle with a 2-8 record. In their last battle, Burke was overwhelmed by Mercy (Omaha, NE), 2-0, in a non-league battle.
