Oglethorpe County Patriots (Lexington, GA) fans were thrilled Thursday as they observed their soccer team triumph over the visiting Toombs County Bulldogs (Lyons, GA), 8-0 in a non-league challenge.
Next, the Patriots confront the Pace Academy Knights (Atlanta, GA) in a non-league challenge, on Wednesday, April 20. Oglethorpe County will attempt to better on its 12-2 season record. The Knights enter the challenge with a 12-6 record after their 10-0 non-league win over Rabun County (Tiger, GA).
The Bulldogs now have a 9-8 record.
