Pinecrest Patriots (Southern Pines, NC) followers exited the stadium in high spirits Thursday as they witnessed their lacrosse squad top the visiting Union Pines Vikings (Cameron, NC), 15-1 in a league battle.

The Patriots now have a 10-3 record. They take the field next when they host Jordan for a non-league battle on Tuesday, April 19. Pinecrest will clash with a Falcons squad coming off a 15-6 league win over Southern Alamance (Graham, NC). The Falcons record now stands at 5-7.

In their next game, the Vikings clash with the Rolesville Rams (Rolesville, NC) in a non-league battle, on Monday, April 18. Union Pines will attempt to move on its 0-13 season record. The Rams come into the battle with a 2-8 record after their 13-5 league loss to Millbrook (Raleigh, NC).
