The Oxford Wildcats softball team scored 16 runs and limited the visiting Armada Tigers to 13 in the Wildcats league triumph on Thursday.

With the triumph, Oxford moves its record to 1-0 on the year. The Wildcats host North Branch (North Branch, MI) to clash with the Broncos in a Blue Water Area game on Wednesday, April 20. The Broncos come into the game with a record of 2-0.

In their next game, the Tigers clash with the Dakota Cougars (Macomb, MI) in a Macomb Area - Red game, on Monday, April 18. Armada will attempt to move on its 0-2 season record. The Cougars come into the game with a 2-0 record after their 15-1 league win over Grosse Pointe North (Grosse Pointe, MI).
