Spectators at Thursday's non-league match between the Goshen RedHawks (Goshen, IN) and the host Triton Trojans (Bourbon, IN), witnessed Goshen's softball squad prevail over Triton by a count of 14-3.

The RedHawks now sport a 1-0 record. They play next when they host Elkhart for a non-league match on Friday, April 15. Goshen will face a Lions squad coming off a 15-3 league loss to New Prairie (New Carlisle, IN). The Lions record now stands at 0-2.

With the loss, Triton moves to 2-4 on the season. The Trojans host Wawasee (Syracuse, IN) to face the Warriors in a non-league match on Saturday, April 16. The Warriors go into the match with a record of 1-4. Wawasee lost 7-4 in their recent non-league match against Manchester (North Manchester, IN)
