Indiana High School Softball - Union County bounces Union City

April 14, 2022: Union City, IN 47390

The Union County Patriots routed the host Union City Indians softball squad by a final score of 18-1 in Thursday's league battle.

The Patriots (6-0) will now prepare for their battle against Franklin County (Brookville, IN). The Wildcats go into the non-league battle with a 5-0 record. In their last battle, Franklin County topped Rushville (Rushville, IN), 3-0, in a league battle.

The Indians now possess a 1-4 record. They play next when they travel to Winchester Community for a Tri-Eastern battle on Saturday, April 16. Union City will meet a Golden Falcons squad coming off a 11-1 league loss to Union County (Liberty, IN). The Golden Falcons record now stands at 0-2.
