Benet Academy Redwings (Lisle, IL) fans exited the stadium thrilled Friday as they observed their baseball squad overcome the visiting Marmion Cadets (Aurora, IL), 10-2 in a non-league test.
With the win, Benet Academy upgrades its record to 9-3 on the season. The Redwings travel to Wheaton Academy (West Chicago, IL) to battle the Warriors in a non-league test on Saturday, April 15. The Warriors come into the test with a record of 13-2. Wheaton Academy won 12-2 in their recent non-league test against Lisle (Lisle, IL)
With the defeat, Marmion falls to 3-8 on the season. The Cadets travel to Glenbard South (Glen Ellyn, IL) to battle the Raiders in a non-league test on Saturday, April 15. The Raiders come into the test with a record of 10-5. Glenbard South won 9-3 in their recent league test against Larkin (Elgin, IL)
