Illinois High School Volleyball - St. Rita over Lincoln-Way Central

St. Rita Mustangs (Chicago, IL) supporters left the game in high spirits Friday as they observed their volleyball squad top the host Lincoln-Way Central Knights (New Lenox, IL), 2-0 in a non-league match.

Next up, the Mustangs clash with the Barrington Fillies/Broncos (Barrington, IL) in a non-league match, on Saturday, April 15. St. Rita will attempt to advance on its 8-6 season record. The Fillies/Broncos come into the match with a 10-2 record after their 2-0 non-league win over Naperville Central (Naperville, IL).

With the loss, Lincoln-Way Central drops to 5-6 on the campaign. The Knights travel to Metea Valley (Aurora, IL) to clash with the Mustangs in a non-league match on Saturday, April 15. The Mustangs enter the game with a record of 6-10. Metea Valley lost 2-0 in their recent non-league game against Naperville Central (Naperville, IL)
