The St. Genevieve Valiants topped the visiting Marshall Barristers volleyball team by a score of 2-0 in Friday's non-league test.

The Valiants now have a 9-7 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Palo Verde for a non-league test on Friday, April 14. St. Genevieve will confront a Panthers team coming off a 3-0 league win over Cimarron-Memorial (Las Vegas, NV). The Panthers record now stands at 14-8.

The Barristers (19-12) will now prepare for their test against Franklin (Los Angeles, CA). The Panthers enter the Northern test with a 4-8 record. In their last test, Franklin dropped by Marshall (Los Angeles, CA), 3-0, in a league test.
