Illinois High School Lacrosse - Huntley can't get by Metea Valley

Metea Valley Mustangs (Aurora, IL) followers exited the stadium in high spirits Friday as they witnessed their lacrosse squad edge the visiting Huntley Red Raiders (Huntley, IL), 8-7 in a non-league test.
The Mustangs now have a 4-3 record. They take the field next when they host Hersey for a non-league test on Monday, April 17. Metea Valley will face a Huskies squad coming off a 11-10 non-league loss to Marist (Chicago, IL). The Huskies record now stands at 7-2.
In their next game, the Red Raiders face the Hampshire Whip-Purs (Hampshire, IL) in a Fox Valley test, on Monday, April 17. Huntley will attempt to move on its 2-5 season record. The Whip-Purs come into the test with a 0-3 record after their 16-14 league loss to McHenry (McHenry, IL).
