Berkshire Badgers (Burton, OH) backers exited the stadium thrilled Friday as they saw their softball squad nip the visiting Perry Pirates (Perry, OH), 7-3 in a league challenge.
The Badgers now own a 5-0 record. They take the field next when they host Kirtland for a challenge on Monday, April 17.
With the loss, Perry falls to 0-1 on the campaign. The Pirates host Berkshire (Burton, OH) to face the Badgers in a challenge on Tuesday, April 25. The Badgers enter the challenge with a record of 5-0.
