In Friday's non-league battle, the Mountain View Wildcats (Stafford, VA) lacrosse squad routed the host Albemarle Patriots (Charlottesville, VA), by a count of 13-8.
Coming up next, the Wildcats clash with the Stafford Indians (Falmouth, VA) in a Commonwealth battle, on Monday, April 17. Mountain View will attempt to advance on its 8-0 season record. The Indians come into the battle with a 0-8 record after their 13-2 league loss to Colonial Forge (Stafford, VA).
The Patriots now own a 1-4 record. They take the field next when they travel to Salem for a non-league battle on Monday, April 17. Albemarle will clash with a Spartans squad coming off a 8-6 non-league win over Rockbridge County (Lexington, VA). The Spartans record now stands at 4-3.
