North Carolina High School Lacrosse - Topsail bounces Pinecrest

April 14, 2023: Hampstead, NC 28443

The Topsail Pirates (Hampstead, NC) lacrosse triumphed over the visiting Pinecrest Patriots (Southern Pines, NC), 17-4 in Friday's non-league outing.

With the win, Topsail upgrades its record to 12-3 on the season. The Pirates travel to West Brunswick (Shallotte, NC) to battle the Trojans in a Mideastern outing on Tuesday, April 18. The Trojans go into the outing with a record of 0-10. West Brunswick lost 16-1 in their recent league outing against Laney (Wilmington, NC)

With the defeat, Pinecrest drops to 8-5 on the season. The Patriots travel to Hoggard (Wilmington, NC) to battle the Vikings in a non-league outing on Saturday, April 15. The Vikings enter the challenge with a record of 11-2. Hoggard won 16-1 in their recent league challenge against South Brunswick (Southport, NC)
