In Friday's non-league outing, the host Upper Scioto Valley Rams softball team scored a nice 18-2 win over the Botkins Trojans.
Coming up next, the Rams encounter the Ridgemont Golden Gophers (Mount Victory, OH) in a Northwest Central outing, on Saturday, April 15. Upper Scioto Valley will attempt to upgrade on its 5-1 season record. The Golden Gophers enter the outing with a 3-8 record after their 10-3 non-league loss to Ada (Ada, OH).
The Trojans (0-2) will now prepare for their challenge against Ada (Ada, OH). The Bulldogs enter the non-league challenge with a 4-0 record. In their last challenge, Ada beat Ridgemont (Mount Victory, OH), 10-3, in a non-league challenge.
